This is a part-time contract role mentoring learners in Udacity's Software Architect Nanodegree program through weekly virtual sessions and community forum support. What they ask for

Required

  • At least 5 years of industry experience
  • Fluency in English written and spoken
  • Deep expertise in Test-Driven Development and Pytest
  • Understanding of design patterns and production system implementation
  • Experience designing microservices and cloud-native architectures
  • Knowledge of caching, CDN, and data storage tradeoffs
  • Ability to create and interpret architecture diagrams
  • Familiarity with distributed and machine learning system architectures
  • Grounding in systems engineering principles
  • Experience with architectural frameworks like TOGAF, Zachman, or SysML

Nice to have

  • Experience teaching technical concepts
  • Public speaking or webinar organization experience
  • Understanding of SDLC
