What they ask for

Required

  • Strong programming skills in Python or TypeScript with production application experience
  • Production experience with LLMs including context engineering, agent development, MCP development, and tool use
  • Experience using evals and transcript analysis to debug LLM systems
  • Working fluency with SQL and data
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and ship without a specification

Nice to have

  • 8+ years as a software engineer, ML engineer, or forward-deployed engineer
  • Experience with Claude Code and Claude Agent SDK
  • Familiarity with go-to-market systems like CRM, sales engagement, or enrichment platforms
  • Experience growing a codebase with many contributors
  • Applied ML and experimentation background in A/B testing, propensity modeling, or causal analysis
  • Exceptional communication skills explaining technical concepts to non-technical partners
