Required
- 18 years of age or older
- Previous retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk entire shifts
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to frequently bend, reach, stretch and safely use ladders and step stools
- Available at least 16 hours per week with specified day availability
- Willing to wear Rothy's shoes during every shift
