What they ask for

Required

  • Experience in AI infrastructure, cloud, data centers, semiconductors, or adjacent ecosystems
  • Background in strategic partnerships, hyperscaler deal structuring, or infrastructure investments
  • Track record structuring and negotiating complex, high-value technology transactions as a principal negotiator
  • Understanding of capital markets, project financing, and financial transaction structuring
  • Ability to work effectively with technical teams and translate engineering concepts into business strategies
  • Experience building partnerships and influencing senior stakeholders

Nice to have

  • 8–10+ years in strategic deals, corporate development, or investment banking at technology companies or hyperscalers
  • Experience managing multiple high-value transactions simultaneously
  • Familiarity with silicon transactions and AI accelerator ecosystems
  • Experience with vendor financing, equipment leasing, or structured finance applied to infrastructure
  • Knowledge of AI/ML infrastructure requirements including training cluster design and capacity planning
  • Passion for AI infrastructure and Anthropic's mission
