- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 8+ years progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience
- Experience in capital-intensive, manufacturing, hardware, or aerospace environment
- Owned AOP, forecast, or MBR process at enterprise or division level
- Advanced financial modeling across income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow
- Hands-on experience with EPM/CPM platforms like Planful, Anaplan, or Hyperion
- Ability to synthesize complex analysis into concise narrative for executives and board
- Led and developed finance business partner team in high-growth or pre-IPO environment
Nice to have
- MBA, CPA, or CFA
- Direct experience with Estimate at Completion, earned value management, or program cost accounting
- Experience standing up or modernizing forecasting processes and reporting systems in high-growth environment
- Exposure to Infor LN or comparable manufacturing ERP
