  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2–4 years related quality or inspection experience
  • Aerospace quality management system experience (AS9100DD) or internal audit experience
  • Mechanical inspection expertise including surface plate work, hand tools, and gages
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings with strong GD&T understanding
  • Knowledge of FAI validation and verification processes
  • Engineering drawings and specification systems knowledge
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Flight test documentation skills
  • Pre- and post-flight visual inspection capability on flight hardware
  • Ability to remove and replace field replaceable aircraft components
  • Daily excel spreadsheet documentation of flight test results
  • Efficient work in fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Daily travel to remote flying sites
  • Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
  • Willingness to work overtime
  • U.S. citizen, permanent resident, asylee, or refugee status for ITAR compliance
