- Background in investment banking, private equity, or infrastructure investing with direct transaction experience in data center, cloud, or technology sectors
- Personal track record of originating, structuring, and closing cloud capacity, data center, or infrastructure transactions
- Deep familiarity with the compute ecosystem including pricing models, capacity commitments, and market operations
- Working understanding of financing and infrastructure requirements for compute projects
Nice to have
- 8-10+ years of experience in investment banking, infrastructure investing, or principal finance
- Experience managing multiple high-value transactions simultaneously at different stages
- Ability to build and maintain senior-level relationships with capital-intensive organizations
- Strong financial modeling and pressure-testing skills for large infrastructure projects
