  • At least 3 years oncology drug development in biopharmaceutical industry
  • Experience leading early-phase clinical development
  • Oncology and/or hematology medical background
  • Understanding of drug development process and clinical research methodology
  • Knowledge of FDA, MHRA, and ICH GCP guidelines
  • Cross-functional team leadership experience

Nice to have

  • Medical oncology or hematology fellowship training
