- At least 3 years oncology drug development in biopharmaceutical industry
- Experience leading early-phase clinical development
- Oncology and/or hematology medical background
- Understanding of drug development process and clinical research methodology
- Knowledge of FDA, MHRA, and ICH GCP guidelines
- Cross-functional team leadership experience
Nice to have
- Medical oncology or hematology fellowship training
