What they ask for

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related discipline
  • 10 years of relevant engineering experience in space systems, systems engineering, structures, thermal design, avionics, power systems, propulsion, orbital mechanics, electrical systems, mechanical/fluid systems, software, controls, modeling, simulation, or manufacturing
  • Experience developing technical content for proposals and customer presentations
  • Experience authoring and decomposing mission and system-level requirements
  • Strong understanding of launch, space, and lunar environments
  • U.S. Person status (US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual) with eligibility to obtain export authorizations

Nice to have

  • Understanding of full end-to-end mission solutions
  • Experience with mission architecture development
  • Experience writing and reviewing software scripts for automation and analysis
  • Knowledge of NASA and industry engineering standards
  • Demonstrated experience in agile environments with Confluence and Jira
  • Eligibility to obtain and hold U.S. security clearance
