What they ask for
Required
- 10+ years in data center commissioning, construction, or critical infrastructure
- Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or equivalent commissioning experience
- Mastery of full commissioning lifecycle L0 through L6
- Subject matter expertise in electrical systems design, construction, and testing
- Track record developing and deploying commissioning programs across multiple projects
- Commercial and contractual fluency including quoting and vendor management
- Experience managing trade partners and CxAs across concurrent projects
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills
- Mentoring and developing engineers with demonstrated team elevation
- Understanding of safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements in construction and commissioning
- Willingness to travel 50% to project sites
