What they ask for
Required
- 6+ years in software engineering, customer engineering, solutions engineering, or founding/product engineering
- Strong Python and JavaScript fundamentals
- Systems fundamentals knowledge
- Experience designing agent-based or LLM-powered applications with multi-step workflows and orchestration
- Comfortable working directly with customers during POCs and technical evaluations
- Ability to explain technical tradeoffs clearly to developer audiences
- Takes responsibility for outcomes, not just recommendations
- Action-oriented and self-directed problem-solving
- Interest in operating AI agents in production
Nice to have
- Production deployment experience with AI agents, ideally using LangChain or LangGraph
- Experience with LLM evaluation, observability, or guardrails
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers, and Kubernetes
- Track record shipping and operating production software under real-world constraints
