Required
- Advanced healthcare or scientific degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent)
- 8+ years of medical affairs experience in biopharmaceutical industry
- Expertise in medical material development and regulatory review processes
- Ability to translate medical strategy into tactical execution and scientific communication
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project and program management capabilities
- Experience leading in matrixed, cross-functional environments
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 30% including occasional weekends
Nice to have
