- 36 months experience diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle and equipment systems
- Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and electronic systems on combat, tactical, and commercial vehicles
- Ability to plan, direct, and organize work for subordinate personnel
- Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of supervisory concepts and shop processes
