What they ask for
Required
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or Bachelor's in Pharmacy from accredited institution
- Active Pharmacist License in Ohio
- Sterile compounding experience
- Proficiency in USP 797 and USP 800
- Current knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws
- Ability to work flexible night shifts
- Ability to undergo respirator fit testing
- Able to lift at least 25 pounds
- Able to stand for long periods
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
- Ability to wear compounding safety equipment for extended periods
Nice to have
- Experience compounding from non-sterile starting components
- Familiarity with electronic documentation systems and compounding workflow software
