- 4+ years leading engineering teams
- Technically deep management approach with comfort debating architecture
- Expertise in search, retrieval, or large-scale data/indexing systems
- Experience product managing platform or infrastructure scope
- Systems judgment on scalability, performance, security, and enterprise readiness
- Ability to make hard tradeoffs between platform health and product velocity
- Experience working with product and AI teams as platform customers
- High tolerance for ambiguity and rapid change
Nice to have
- Experience building agentic or tool-using systems
