Required
- 3+ years in software engineering, customer engineering, solutions engineering, or founding/product engineering role
- Strong Python and JavaScript fundamentals
- Strong systems fundamentals
- Have designed agent-based or LLM-powered applications with multi-step workflows, orchestration, and failure handling
- Comfortable working directly with customers during POCs and technical evaluations
- Can explain technical tradeoffs clearly
