- Juris Doctor from accredited law school
- Licensed attorney in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
- 10+ years relevant legal experience in major law firm or publicly traded company
- Significant experience with complex corporate transactions and financing matters
- Experience advising on charitable contributions, sponsorships, or community investments
- Strong corporate law, transactional, drafting, and negotiation skills
- Ability to provide practical legal advice to senior business leaders
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
Nice to have
- 5+ years experience with synthetic leases, structured finance, or real estate financing
- Experience supporting a publicly traded energy company
- Significant experience with credit support arrangements, corporate finance, M&A, joint ventures, or aviation matters
- Experience with corporate foundations and charitable giving programs
