Required
- 10+ years CNC programming experience
- 5+ years on 5-axis mills
- Deep expertise machining CFRP and advanced composites
- Mastery of CAM platforms (Mastercam, Autodesk, AutoCAD, Fusion)
- Advanced understanding of feeds, speeds, tool geometry, and multi-axis simulation
- Exceptional blueprint reading and GD&T skills
- High-volume production aerospace environment experience
- High school diploma or GED
Nice to have
- Ceramic cutting tool machining experience (alumina, silicon carbide)
- Composite trimming, drilling, countersinking, and edge finishing experience
- Dust extraction and composite safety protocol knowledge
- Fixture design experience
- Vacuum system design experience
