What they ask for
Required
- 3+ years business tax return preparation experience (Forms 1065 and/or 1120-S)
- Minimum 20 business clients per tax season
- 3+ seasons of personal tax return preparation (30+ returns per year)
- Knowledge of bookkeeping principles
- Able to obtain required state licenses and permits
- Minimum 20 hours per week on-site at retail location
- Comfortable working Sunday through Saturday
- U.S. residency required
Nice to have
- Experience providing year-round tax guidance to small businesses
- Bookkeeping experience or willingness to become a QuickBooks ProAdvisor
- Holistic tax advisory services experience beyond filing
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication
- Interest in building local and online social presence as content creator
