At least 6 months general experience and 6 months specialized recreation experience, OR 2 years of study with 12+ semester hours in recreation-related courses, OR equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to supervise and train Recreation Aides
Basic math skills for records, inventory, and cash handling
Accurate record-keeping and cash handling knowledge
Ability to operate calculators, computerized Bingo equipment, and cash registers
Neat and clean personal appearance
Ability to communicate courteously with diverse backgrounds and military/civilian ranks
Ability to understand and follow basic verbal instructions
Ability to meet federal employment suitability requirements including background check and E-Verify
