Required
- Experience developing and delivering formal training in EH&S, Quality, and manufacturing areas
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Broad technical knowledge of aerospace and electronics work practices
- General understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes
- U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance
- Ability to become certified IPC-610/620 and J STD 001 in-house trainer
Nice to have
- Current certification as IPC-610/620 and/or J STD 001 trainer
- Experience with AS9100 or ISO9001 training standards
- Relevant manufacturing or engineering degree
- Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments
- Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing experience
- Hands-on aerospace assembly experience (staking, gasket installation, torquing)
