- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related engineering field
- MBA
- 3+ years strategic sourcing, supplier development, or supply chain experience in manufacturing with domestic and international exposure
- Knowledge of landed cost modeling, tariff structures, import compliance, and cross-border logistics
- Excel or Google Sheets proficiency for cost modeling
- SQL working knowledge for data analysis
- ERP/MRP system experience
- Proven negotiation skills
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Onsite at Columbus, Ohio location
