- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience
- 4+ years of direct M&A due diligence or post-close integration experience
- Deep expertise in controllership, accounting, financial reporting, FP&A, and financial systems
- Hands-on ability to perform analytical and process work independently
- Knowledge of US GAAP, purchase accounting, revenue recognition, and consolidation mechanics
- Experience managing ERP migrations or financial systems integrations
- Strong project management skills across multiple concurrent workstreams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including C-suite presentation ability
- Experience operating within a public company SEC reporting environment
- US Citizen, US Permanent Resident, asylee, or refugee status
Nice to have
- CPA certification
- MBA or advanced degree
- Prior experience in dedicated Integration Management Office or Corporate Development function
- Big 4 transaction advisory or M&A advisory background
- Financial due diligence software and data room management experience
- Exposure to purchase price allocation and valuation specialist collaboration
