Required
- J.D. from ABA-accredited law school
- Membership in good standing with U.S. state bar
- 7+ years commercial transactions experience
- Meaningful in-house experience at SaaS or technology company
- Demonstrated experience designing and scaling legal frameworks for channels and alliances
- Deep experience negotiating reseller, distribution, referral, and strategic alliance agreements
- Knowledge of channel economics including pricing, order management, and roles across the channel
- Knowledge of antitrust and competition law as applied to partner programs
- Track record building reusable playbooks and scaled processes
