- 5+ years in distribution engineering or equivalent optimizing complex systems
- 3+ years developing or managing labor management systems (preferably Manhattan)
- 5+ years engineering material handling solutions in distribution
- 2+ years in distribution design, lean methodology, and continuous improvement with modeling experience
- Experience gathering and developing labor standards via time studies or predetermined motion systems
- Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, SQL, PowerPoint, MS Project, and AutoCAD
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt)
- Ability to work cross-functionally across supply chain departments
- Available to commute to Baltimore Distribution Center and travel up to 30% within the US
