Required
- 2+ years direct vapor etch process experience in semiconductor manufacturing
- Process owner experience in high-volume manufacturing
- Hands-on experience with vapor etch tools
- BS or MS in engineering or equivalent experience
Nice to have
- Deep understanding of vapor phase reaction mechanisms and HF chemistry
- Experience with TEL, AMAT, or Lam vapor etch platforms
- Proven ability to solve defectivity and chamber matching issues
- Familiarity with DRAM integration
- SPC/FDC systems and advanced data analytics experience
