Required
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 9+ years of supply chain, sourcing, or procurement experience
- Direct experience managing avionics commodities in aerospace
- Experience managing suppliers for complex aerospace or advanced manufacturing commodities
- Demonstrated success improving supplier performance through KPIs and agreements
- Contract negotiation and milestone-based agreement management experience
- ERP system hands-on experience (LN, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes (machining, PCB/PCBA, harness manufacturing)
- Familiarity with AS9100 and NADCAP standards and supplier qualification processes
- New Product Development or Introduction supply chain experience in aerospace or frontier technology
