  • Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, aeronautical, mechanical, or related engineering discipline
  • 2+ years progressive related experience
  • Hands-on project history supporting complicated assembly builds
  • Ability to make risk decisions on the shop floor to keep production moving
  • Strong engineering fundamentals in statics, mechanics of materials, and process improvement
  • Knowledge of drilling, trim operations, machining, inspection methods, and GD&T
  • Excellent interpersonal skills across engineering and manufacturing groups

Nice to have

  • Direct experience with drill, trim, and fastening operations for aerospace products
  • New product introduction experience bringing aerospace hardware into manufacturing and production
  • Project management experience in fast-paced environments
