- Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, aeronautical, mechanical, or related engineering discipline
- 2+ years progressive related experience
- Hands-on project history supporting complicated assembly builds
- Ability to make risk decisions on the shop floor to keep production moving
- Strong engineering fundamentals in statics, mechanics of materials, and process improvement
- Knowledge of drilling, trim operations, machining, inspection methods, and GD&T
- Excellent interpersonal skills across engineering and manufacturing groups
Nice to have
