Required
- 5+ years in technical program management, infrastructure program management, or technical operations involving hardware or large-scale compute
- Ability to manage multiple complex cross-functional workstreams in parallel
- Working technical fluency across server hardware, GPU hardware, high-performance networking, storage, power and cooling
- Ability to write scripts or queries to analyze and validate specifications
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Willingness to travel to provider and data center sites
Nice to have
- Experience qualifying, commissioning, or accepting GPU clusters or HPC infrastructure
- Familiarity with AI training and inference infrastructure, cluster topologies, and acceptance testing
- Experience in AI/HPC cluster design
- Background working directly with hardware vendors, colocation providers, or cloud capacity providers
