- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, business administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years corporate finance experience
- Solid understanding of debt structuring, interest rate dynamics, and liquidity management
- Proven ability to independently drive multiple projects and manage competing deadlines
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
- Ability to operate at intersection of finance, legal, accounting, and operations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail in financial reporting and compliance
Nice to have
- MBA, CPA, or CTP credential
- Understanding of aircraft valuation methodologies
- Experience with aircraft leasing companies, banks, or financial institutions
- Knowledge of aircraft acquisition process
- Working knowledge of A320/B737 family aircraft markets

- Occasional international travel capability (less than 10%)
