Required
- Experience with PLM system implementation or change projects in manufacturing
- 3+ years of project management experience managing teams of 10+ people (WBS, issue/risk/task tracking, cross-team coordination)
- Strong communication skills (proposal writing, customer negotiation, internal coordination, vendor management)
- Ability to understand customer goals and deliver them reliably
- Daily conversation level English
Nice to have
- Knowledge of IT trends and key technology overview
- Business-level English proficiency, especially conversational skills
- Consulting or solution experience in analytics areas like data warehouse
- Experience managing multiple projects in parallel
