What they ask for
Required
- 5–7+ years of maintenance or engineering leadership in food/CPG manufacturing
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
- Experience leading maintenance teams in high-volume production
- Mechanical, electrical, and controls troubleshooting knowledge
- Food safety and GMP compliance knowledge
- Industrial refrigeration systems knowledge
- Proven track record building and sustaining reliability systems
Nice to have
- Redzone and/or Upkeep experience
- Experience operating material handling equipment
- Support Center Engineering partnership experience
