What they ask for
Required
- 1–3 years of production backend software engineering
- Modern language proficiency (Python, Go, or similar)
- Experience with AWS or GCP
- Container and CI/CD experience
- Production observability and monitoring
- LLM API and agentic pattern experience, or ability to ramp quickly
- Modern data stack hands-on experience (dbt and columnar warehouse like ClickHouse, Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks)
- Clear communication across engineers, PMs, and security teams
- Ability to operate with ambiguity in a fast-moving space
Nice to have
- Knowledge of SaaS platform data exposure (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Okta)
- Understanding of OWASP LLM Top 10 and MITRE ATLAS frameworks
- Knowledge of prompt injection, agent and tool-use risks, OAuth abuse
- Grasp of identity and access control concepts (OAuth flows, scopes, tokens, non-human identities)
- Prior cybersecurity product development experience
