  • 4-6+ years of demand planning or related analytical experience in retail or consumer products
  • Experience with retail forecasting concepts such as sell-through, sell-in, promotional lifts, and weeks-of-supply
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Ability to work with large data sets from multiple sources including POS and inventory data
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills
  • Cross-functional collaboration with retail, supply chain, finance, and product teams
  • Ownership mindset and ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

  • Experience with planning tools such as Pigment, Anaplan, o9, Blue Yonder, or Relex

  • Experience supporting new retail launches or expansion into new doors or countries
  • Familiarity with S&OP or IBP processes
