Required
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, data analysis, manufacturing, business or related field
- 7+ years of production planning/scheduling experience
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to manage large datasets
- Proficiency in scheduling software such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or Monday.com
- Experience with MRP/ERP systems
- Solid proficiency in MS Office and Google products, particularly Excel and Sheets
- Experience with manufacturing and understanding of material flow principles
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours daily
- Pass background check and participate in drug and alcohol program
Nice to have
- Arena Simulation or similar industrial engineering software experience
- Automation experience with MS Power Automate or similar tools
- Metal or electrical manufacturing experience
