What they ask for
Required
- 10+ years in data center commissioning, construction, or critical infrastructure
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent commissioning experience
- Mastery of full commissioning lifecycle (L0-L6)
- Expert-level knowledge of mechanical systems including chilled water, heat rejection, and liquid cooling
- Proven track record developing and governing commissioning programs across multiple projects
- Commercial and contractual fluency including quoting and change order management
- Experience managing trade partners, CxAs, and contractors across concurrent projects
- Executive-level communication skills for senior leadership and client presentations
- Track record mentoring and developing engineers
- Understanding of safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements in construction and commissioning
- Willingness to travel to project sites (50% travel)
