- US citizenship
- US Secret Security Clearance (active or obtainable)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics or Chemistry
- 2+ years of engineering or operational training experience
- Ground system engineering and software integration knowledge
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work 100% onsite in Colorado Springs
Nice to have
- 5+ years of related work experience
- Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Aerospace Engineering degree
- Experience with Agile processes
- Orbital dynamics knowledge
- RF communications and military communication architecture expertise
- Satellite Bus and Payload Resource Management experience
- System Integration and Test process familiarity
- Operational knowledge of MILSATCOM systems
- Willingness to travel domestically
