What they ask for
Required
- Completion of accredited surgical technology program (CAAHEP or ABHES) OR military surgical technology program OR certification (TS-C or CST)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA or American Red Cross
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Ability to work variable day, evening, night and weekend shifts
Nice to have
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification
- Two years experience in multi-disciplined OR in acute care hospital
- Previous experience as surgical technician in main OR
- Ability to support multiple surgical modalities
