Required
- 5+ years quality inspection experience in aerospace, defense, or high-reliability electronics manufacturing
- Knowledge of space industry standards (NASA-STD-8739, IPC-A-610/620, MIL-STD, AS9100)
- Proficiency with precision measurement equipment (micrometers, calipers, microscopes, CIRRIS tester)
- Experience with documentation tools (ERP/MES systems, inspection records, NCR systems)
- Ability to work in cleanroom environments under strict ESD and contamination control procedures
- Leadership and mentoring capability for junior inspectors
Nice to have
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related technical discipline
- Experience with battery or energy storage systems
- Familiarity with Arbin cyclers and environmental stress testing (vibration, TVAC, thermal cycling)
- Electrical performance verification experience
