Required
- Graduation from accredited ADN or BSN nursing program
- Current state RN licensure
- BLS certification from AHA or American Red Cross
- Two years recent nursing experience (external applicants; internal applicants with less experience may be considered with CNO approval)

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Military RN experience
