Required

  • Excellent written and verbal storytelling abilities with proven technical customer stories that drove business results
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with technical executives and business leaders at large enterprises
  • Track record of guiding customers from early success to public advocacy while navigating stakeholder alignment and approvals
  • Experience partnering with Communications or PR teams to turn customer milestones into announcements and press moments
  • Ability to create effective content in multiple formats including text, video, and event content
  • Data-driven approach to measuring and improving program impact
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high quality standards
  • Strong collaboration across Sales, Product, and Communications teams

Nice to have

  • 6+ years of customer marketing or customer advocacy experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology
  • Experience marketing to enterprises in traditional industries such as manufacturing, energy, retail, media, or travel
  • Experience standing up customer marketing or advocacy programs in new markets, segments, or verticals from the ground up
  • Track record of successful customer advisory board and executive event programming
  • Experience building and managing customer loyalty or community programs
