- Senior Engineer level or higher
- Minimum 5 years direct Dry Etch experience
- Prior leadership experience managing teams
- Ability to set and measure short and long-range goals
- Experience building and developing teams
- Ability to lead multiple complex projects
- Knowledge of manufacturing team structure, standards, and processes
