Required
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Leadership or oversight experience in SOC operations, investigation quality reviews, incident analysis, alert triage, or operational governance
- Deep understanding of SOC processes, investigation methodologies, severity classification, and escalation workflows
- Experience with SIEM, SOAR, and security analytics platforms
- Experience in SOC quality control, quality assurance, audit, validation, governance, or operational excellence within cybersecurity
- Analytical, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication skills
- Legal authorization to work in the US with no visa sponsorship required
Nice to have
- CISSP, CISM, CISA, or GIAC certifications (GCIA, GCIH)
- Cloud security certifications
- Equivalent security, audit, governance, risk management, or operational excellence credentials
