- 7+ years in learning technology, operations, or EdTech with end-to-end system ownership
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI or automation systems in production
- Direct production experience with large language model APIs
- Experience designing and managing agentic AI systems
- Demonstrated ability to drive workflow adoption without mandate
- Experience enabling non-technical teams to use AI tools independently
- Ability to translate between business stakeholders and technical partners
- Track record of reducing operational friction through workflow redesign or automation

- Bachelor's degree
