Required

  • 8+ years in customer support, success, or technical services leadership in SaaS or fintech
  • 3+ years leading managers and managing across organizational levels
  • Track record building or transforming a Tier 3 or escalation function with intake design and performance management
  • Domain depth in mid-market or enterprise SaaS with exposure to multi-entity accounting, payroll, payments, or compliance workflows
  • Ability to manage investigations and defect-to-fix lifecycles with Product and Engineering partners
  • Data fluency translating operational metrics to financial outcomes
  • Experience managing or partnering with BPO contact center partners at scale
  • Strong executive communication skills for VP and SVP-level audiences
  • Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain specialized technical talent
  • Bachelor's degree
