What they ask for

Required

  • Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • At least 10 years of analog design experience with focus on high-speed RX and analog front-end
  • FinFET process experience
  • High-speed DDR and chip-chip interface design expertise
  • Knowledge of CTLE, DFE, FEE receiver circuits
  • Understanding of transmitter circuits including FIR filter and driver topologies
  • Proficiency with analog design tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Maestro, Spectre, HSPICE
  • Understanding of signal integrity, timing analysis, and power management
  • Knowledge of design for reliability including EM, IR, aging effects and layout considerations

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with custom digital design for high-speed logic paths
  • Familiarity with industry standards and protocols for DDR and chiplet I/O
