Required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry
- 9+ years related work experience
- 5+ years hands-on experience with low-observable materials and technologies
- Active Top Secret security clearance
- U.S. citizenship to obtain special program access
Nice to have
- Understanding of electromagnetic theory and scattering phenomena
- Proficiency with computational electromagnetic solvers for design optimization
- Advanced data processing and analysis skills in MATLAB or Python
- Technical writing and presentation experience
- Experience with antennas, apertures, sensors, or radomes
- Hands-on experience with anechoic chamber or RCS measurements
- Knowledge of low-observable absorbers, coatings, and aerospace manufacturing
- Experience with optimization routines and scripting for simulation workflows
- Knowledge of systems engineering processes and test cycles
- Experience mentoring junior engineers
