Required
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, systems engineering, business, project management, or related field
- 2–3 years of program or project management experience
- Experience managing large, complex programs with multiple workstreams and dependencies
- Proficiency with scheduling software (Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Jira, or similar)
- Advanced reporting capability including dashboards and schedule analysis
- Ability to obtain U.S. government security clearance
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
Nice to have
- Project management certification or coursework
- Experience with Power BI or advanced reporting tools
- Familiarity with engineering development lifecycle
