Required
- 12+ years program management in aerospace/defense
- Direct experience managing firm-fixed-price U.S. Government contracts
- Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering, systems engineering, business, or related field
- U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain/maintain active security clearance
Nice to have
- Master's degree
- Satellite or space systems program experience
- PMP certification
- DoD cost and schedule reporting experience
- SATCOM, optical inter-satellite links, or ground segment experience
- PMO setup or scaling experience in defense-tech
