Required
- Prior experience implementing Workday HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, or Benefits on cloud or on-premise platforms
- Ability to manage team and client interactions
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English and German both verbal and written
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Nice to have
- Strong HR background with Workday consulting or client-side ownership experience
- Experience with Workday Data Migration tools and Security framework
- Current Workday certifications, especially in Benefits
- Fluency in an additional language beyond English and German
